Q: What do I wear?
A: It is recommended to bring layers on the sailing trips, including a wind breaker.
Q: May we bring along food and/or alcoholic beverages?
A: Yes, you may bring along a picnic or takeout with beer or wine. We have ice, bottle openers and cups on board.
Q: Do you sail from Bar Harbor?
A: Our sails depart from Southwest Harbor and Northeast Harbor, only twenty minutes from Bar Harbor.
Q: What is the canellation Policy?
A: No-shows or cancelled trips with less than 48 hours of notification will result in a charge of the full price of the schedule trip. Weather related cancellations will be determined by the Captain.
Q: Will we see whales?
A: Whales are occassionally seen but of course we can’t plan any wildlife sightings. Seals and porpoise are seen on almost all of our trips.
